Here at Tony Oram Associates, we believe that people have what they need within themselves to tackle the challenges they face and to develop the skills and knowledge they need to be effective in their chosen line of work. The secret is to draw the excellence within out into the open.

Coaching from Tony Oram Associates comes in whatever shape, size and format you need. We can work one to one to support personal and professional development, set up a coaching programme that helps teams to improve their effectiveness and skills, or work with entire organisations focusing on staff development that helps reach new heights of excellence.

We believe an effective coaching relationship helps individuals develop their potential when it creates a safe, non-judgemental environment in which to work together. It can be a key advantage of having an independent coach. Coaching is about helping people to learn about themselves and what they can do.

Our coaches have undertaken extensive training in the principles and practice of effective coaching. Working with us gives you access to the unique Tony Oram Associates toolkit of good coaching. We focus on helping you to meet your aims, goals and needs, whatever they might be.

A robust, clear contract between coach and client is the bedrock of our coaching work. Coaching can touch on deep issues for people, and so it is essential that the focus and approach is well defined and clearly set out between all concerned. We also believe in the importance of supervision.

Our coaches are expected to have regular supervision sessions with an independent supervisor to make sure that the coaching they provide is safe, effective and high quality.
